• A taste of Estela, with Marcus Nilsson

    Ignacio Mattos, award-winning restauranteur, recently published a cookbook named for his Nolita eatery Estela shot entirely by Marcus Nilsson. The images within showcase Marcus at his best - beautiful, authentic portraits, and mouthwatering, edgy food. The recipes are delicious and unique (with restaurant favorites such as Cured Fluke with Sea Urchin and Yuzu Kosho, Veal Sweetbreads with Onion, and Parsnip Gelato with Caramel) as is the story behind them - that of a troublemaking teen from Uruguay who found himself through cooking and never lost his vision.
