Marcus Nilsson traveled to Portland, OR to shoot for the "Best New Restaurants in America" issue of Bon Appetit. Number four on the list is Luce, an authentic, simple restaurant that, according to the feature is, "Italian home cooking to its core". Some of the dishes on the menu that sound absolutely delish and look even better (awesome shots, Marcus!) are "Eggplant, Mozarella and Saffron rice bake", "Spaghettini with Garlic and Dried Chile", "Braised Chicken with Capers and Parsley".
